Fix Panels Jacket

The nylon-cotton twill fabric of the jacket has a polyurethane coating on the inner side. When garment dyed with a nylon-cotton recipe in tones of khaki and sage green the polyurethane has reacted unusually, turning orange. This colour is visible through the twill.
